We’re already a quarter of the way through 2017 (we don’t know where the time has gone either), if you’re like 80% of the world then you may have already broken a few of your New Year’s Resolutions (we’re not judging you). Maybe It’s time to go out with the old and in with the new, regain focus and try creating a vision board instead. Here’s 5 reasons why you should:

   Creating a vision board gives you a clear picture of what’s important to you and allows you to define what your goals actually look like. Remember: Visualisation is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do.

   A vision board will help to bring everything to life! Whether it’s your career goals, personal goals, financial goals, health goals etc. A vision board can help to take your goals from 2D to 3D. Remember: What you focus on expands – Oprah Winfrey.
3. Make It Fun
   Vision boards don’t have to be black and white, add a splash of colour! Grab your cardboard, pens, magazines, scissors & glue and get stuck into it! You could even make it a group activity with your squad. Remember: It doesn’t have to be Instagram worthy, it just has to INSPIRE you.
4. Stay Flexible
   Vision boards aren’t set in stone, you can modify your board at any time. You may hit a goal of yours within a month, then It’s on to the next. Align and assess your goals regularly to ensure you’re on target. Remember: It’s a DAILY visual reminder of your goals.
5. #GOALS
   How does it feel once you’ve completed your to do list at the end of each day? Amazing right? So imagine that on a greater scale, once you’re passionate about something you’re more inclined to get it done. Remember: Always be a GOAL digger.
